It is important to note that the speed of service delivery is contingent upon various factors, including the time required for rectifying missing data when clients fail to provide all necessary information, as well as the processing duration when applications involve third-party entities, such as other government agencies.

Moreover, clients are expected to adhere to the specific Terms and Conditions, which can be found on both the Atlas portal and the official KACARE website. We continuously update and augment our suite of e-services, and we encourage you to stay informed about these offerings.
