A: Atlas offers a wide range of data products and services, including:

  • Ground-based Solar monitor stations data for 57 locations around the Kingdom.
  • Ground-based Wind monitor stations data for 10 locations around the Kingdom.
  • Satellite based Modelled Data (SIENNA) for all the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Typical meteorological year (TMY) data for all the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Techno economic assessment consultation service and support in application of PV system.

 

Q: What is the quality of the data products that Atlas offers?

A: Atlas data products are of the highest quality. Our data is sourced from well-maintained stations that is owned by K.A.CARE and is carefully curated and cleaned to ensure accuracy and consistency. We also have a team of data experts who are available to answer your questions and help you find the right data for your needs.

Q: How do I get Atlas data products?

A: You can acquire Atlas data products through our website by following the customer journey or through our Atlas support team email. We also offer a variety of data visualization tools that you can use to analyze your data before placing an order.

Q: How much do Atlas data products cost?

A: The cost of Atlas data products varies depending on the type of data product and the amount of data you need. We offer a variety of pricing plans to fit your budget. We also provide a 100% discount for local universities on all of our data products.

Q: How do I create an account on the Atlas website?

A: To create an account on the Atlas website, simply click on the "Login and Sign up" button and follow the instructions. You will be asked to provide some basic information about yourself and your organization.

Q: How do I sign the Data Use Agreement (DUA)?

A: You can sign the DUA electronically after selecting the desired product and before placing the order. The DUA is a legal document that outlines your rights and responsibilities when using Atlas data products.

Q: How do I place an order for data products?

A: To place an order for data products, simply follow the following instruction:

select the type of product

select the desired location on the map

select dashboard. Then select the desired resolution, data range, bundle and parameter. Then select “Add to the cart”

select “view cart” from account.

proceed to checkout.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: After placing your order, Atlas team will contact you via email with the payment information. Payment process will be through SADAD.

Q: How do I receive my data products?

A: Once your order has been processed, you will receive your data products via Atlas portal in “manage orders”. You can also download your data products from your email.
